Ever Wonder How to Break a ‘Hurricane of Desire’?

hurricane of desireWe’ve all heard that it takes 90 days to break a habit. Or, we’ve learned the various steps we need to take to break a habit. Say you want to spend more time with your family or you want to communicate more effectively and responsibly or you want to get fit and lose weight. We all have the “better us” in mind.  We know what to do intellectually.

But, sometimes we find the desire to go “off the wagon” is too great so we indulge. The easiest example is with food. You know, those cheetos that call to you while you’re watching TV.

It’s OK. Just understand what’s  going on.
